I purchased my bed & breakfast 6 years ago and the first thing I did was sign a contract with White Stone Marketing for a new website and marketing assistance. It was the best decision I've made regarding my business. WhiteStone Marketing has been my marketing "partner" for many years, and their advice and help for marketing has been par excellence! They have been at my side through thick and thin, and now especially with the "New Normal," I am highly impressed with how they have been very innovative and have conducted webinars for clients and unselfishly also helping to support those that are potential clients. One of the hardest lessons for any small business owner to learn is that you have to spend money to make money. When first starting ours we were told that White Stone was the best and of course, you get what you pay for. What were only words then have become results ever since, and we are thankful every day to have the best resources in the business to help us with our own.

Great Oak Manor has been White Stone clients for almost two years. Their knowledge and experience in this industry is nothing short of amazing. It did not take long after our initial meeting with Scott and Allison to see a difference in all aspects of running an Inn. Reservations increased and our presence on the Internet was awesome. We have owned Hampton Terrace Inn for 21 years and have worked with White Stone for about the last four. Before White Stone, we did our own marketing, using HubSpot. That is a valuable suite of tools, but I had to handle my own website, SEO, blogging, e-mail and social media campaigns, pay-per-clicks, etc. White Stone took over all of that, freeing me up to be able to concentrate on guest experience. Not only did I get much of my life back, I became confident that marketing decisions were no longer being made in an echo-chamber. I have always been a believer that you get what you pay for. White Stone is not inexpensive, but our gross revenue gain in their first year far surpassed their cost.
