        I have been a tenant through Realty Boulevard since October 2023. There have been a few confusing mistakes pertaining to payment or paper work that once brought up were addressed immediately. The team at Realty Boulevard have been very understanding and helpful to me personally. Sure things at the property can been better maintained and touched up but I have no real complaints. They made it easy for me to get into an apartment when I needed too and gave me a good move in price for the space compared to the majority of propertys in Reno/Sparks. I wish there were laundry connections in unit due to the small shared washer/dryer and the price for it. Overall so far, great experience and the team at realty boulevard been helpful anytime I need it. No major issues or complaints will give a 5 star rating based on my personal experience so far.
