Malcolm is my go to Realtor. He is willing to do the leg work necessary to find me great off market deals. As an investor, it is nice to have a real estate agent that is investor friendly. I can tell he puts in a tremendous amount of time working for me. What I like most about Malcolm is that he is so genuine. If I decided to sell my house I know he will work hard for me. I highly Recommend Malcolm if you want a hard working agent on your side.

We were looking to sell our home and wanted to attend a few open houses to see what was on the market and see how our home compared to others in the area. I meet Malcolm at an open house he was hosting. He is very nice and isn't pushy like most realtors. I enjoyed talking to him. He knew we were just looking around and he didn't try to push us to make a decision to sell right away. It was good to just have a normal conversation with someone I just meet. My husband and I contacted him when we were ready to sell our home. He is great to work with and did a great good selling our house. He marketed our house well and sold our house above what we were asking for. Deciding to us him as our realtor was a great decision for us. He is wonderful!

I was relocating for a new job and I was having trouble finding a place to rent. I called several companies but none of them bothered to answer their phone or felt I wasn't worth their time. I couldn't get in touch with any of the property managers. When they did decided to get back to me, it was days or even weeks later. By then the rental was gone. What good is that???? When they finally called me back they were not in any interest in helping me and it sounded like I was wasting their time. I was getting frustrated and didn't know what to do. I was relocating and didn't know much about the area.
Finally I called Malcolm and he answered the very first time I called. I was surprised I actually got in touch with someone after the bad luck I had. He was very professional and helped me out a lot. After talking to him, he knew exactly what I was looking for and found me the perfect place to rent. I was soooo excited I finally found something and I could not have done it with out him. When I am ready to buy a house I will be calling him ASAP!!!
