This company is an example of what a contractor should be. I was involved in selling a house in Reno and after a bad experience with a previous plumber Waters came to the rescue. Their fees are reasonable, and their customer service is amazing. Waters was able to quickly take care of a problem with the septic and put everything back together. They even replaced the grass. I was so glad we were able to find and work with these amazing people.

Absolutely the best! In the past six months they have pumped septic, diagnosed leach field problems, added new leach field, and the professionalism of each and every employee has been beyond excellent. They have our yard looking like a landscaper has come in and prepared it for planting after tearing it totally up. They moved a couple decorative heavy rocks we couldnt move and put them back and even saved a plant and replanted it. All we need to do is replant all the bulbs and iris we dug up before they came.

Did service May 7th 2022 I called and checked because I knew we were close to our next service date which they confirmed nov 19! Spoke to Justin today nov 1st 2022, he confirmed that the 19th was a Saturday that they dont work saturdays and are very busy very under staffed which is all of Reno, I understand that part but they scheduled us back in May they had 6 months to get a firm day! But very rude I asked to speak to a manager he doubled down saying he is the manager, he canceled the contract even hung up on me! Obviously once you are busy enough loyal customers dont matter anymore!
