We called and had difficulty getting them to return calls or texts. Finally made an appointment and they text and said they had engine trouble and rescheduled. Did a good job when they got here. Text to get them to do another tree my original text was quickly answered then I was ignored. If they didn't want to do the job they should of told me instead of ignoring my text and calls.

Great Basin Tree Care is the best tree service I have ever used. They quickly downed and cleaned up a tree in my front yard then came back the next day to grind down the stump. All at a very reasonable price. Zach and his crew were courteous and professional and I will definitely use them again.

Disregard my previous posting. I was a jerk and delusional thinking that my trees were at the center-of-the-world. My poor rating has nothing to do with the way the conduct their business, or how well they service customer's tree needs. Giving them 5 stars in hopes that will negate my previous 1 star. Mistakes are made, and my original post is a good example of a mistake.
