Felix Septic Services - WRE

I called Felix for a septic tank pump out when my previously scheduled provider cancelled last minute. Service was scheduled for 2 days later. As promised, the technician, Rob Hall, called ahead on day of service to finalize time and availability. Rob was very friendly, professional, and thorough. My experience with Felix can be summed up as great service and great people!

Our technician was extremely helpful in explaining the problem we were having and offering possible solutions. The employees in the office are also very friendly and easy to talk to.

David Chamberlain and his crew did a great job replacing our very old (68 years) septic system with a GST system. They were fast, efficient and thorough. I think the finished height of the new, much-larger tank could have been a bit lower, but I doubt that will be an issue with how the system works. A relatively minor annoyance is that I gave them a check for the balance due upon job completion, but I still got an invoice a week later for that amount. Communication doesn't seem to be high on their list of priorities, and that detracts from professionalism, a possible red flag. Service: Septic system installation

You need a credit card/debit card on file to make an appointment for a routine septic pump even though I'm an established customer. Be advised.

Robert Hall came out to empty the septic, was very efficient and helpful. Answered all my questions and told me what needed to be done .was very helpful I highly recommend him. Thank you
