Gentle Dental Concord

Not worth the late/weekend schedule they offer. Completely unorganized, never stick to their word, schedule appointments with dentists that arent working and dont realize it until arriving at said appointment. The list goes on. Honestly have never had a good experience with this office in 7 years as a patient and will not be going back.

The treatment of customers and staff members was abhorrent, and I am sure I witnessed someone from the front desk get violently fired in the middle of a busy lobby. I waited 40 minutes past my check in time and was witness to staff members sending customers away, swearing at customers directly, double booking appointments, withholding an appointment because a 90 year old woman forgot her check book and refused to treat her, not updating customers on excessive wait times and refusing to provide me with a reasonable time for my appointment. I requested my x-rays, which I was told wouldnotbe delivered to my email address and left the building. A phone call was placed on the main line to have a manager call me back, and I spoke to someone within about 15 minutes of leaving. This manager was completely unhelpful. I expressed everything I had witnessed that day with names and very specific recounts of what happened, and I was completely blown off. I was told that because I canceled my appointment that I would only be seen in April 2024, now four months after I had my x-rays done and an obvious infection in my mouth as a result of an impacted wisdom tooth. I am beyond disappointed in my experience at Gentle Dental and will never return to any of your locations again. ** PS it does not take 7 - 10 business days to get a digital copy of your x-rays if you threaten to not pay them. Suddenly, it takes 20 minutes to receive an unprofessional screenshot of their internal program that you can send to your next dental practice.
