        Been to this place a total of 6 times over the years and have walked out with literally zero help. They wouldn't even attempt to cut a key if you bring your own. I had better experience getting a key fob made at battery plus, and abachon on main St cut the key in literally 3 minutes. And that is why these mom and pops stores will all die out. I always try to support them before a chain... but can't even give them my money if I wanted to.

        We were having an issue opening our Liberty Centurion gun safe. I called Liberty and was told I would DEFINITELY have to have someone come out. Dennis called and walked me through some things on the phone and we were able to get it open! Dennis was courteous, professional and super knowledgeable - I highly recommend Concord Lock & Safe!!
