Just drove 45 minutes based on conversation I had with an employee on the value of two guitars. After running all the serial numbers and assessing a value. The proprietor refused to honor the price and the offer he made was half the amount, thank you strings and things for wasting my time I ought to send you a bill for the gas money. If you were interested in a musical item, I would recommend the Manchester music Mill. The people who own the shop are ridiculous and the place is mis managed. Im on my way to the music mill currently.

Had two guitars repaired/tuned up, one which was in bad condition, they did a great job. Quick and easy to deal with. Also got to witness the most recent review before mine, customer blew up in 30 seconds and threatened bad reviews when he didnt get what he wanted, pretty ridiculous.

I haven't made any large purchases yet, and they still have been very helpful with anything I've needed, whether a part or a repair- excellent customer service.
