Updated review!! The cost keeps going up! The new owners are trying to turn this place into a high end complex and its not ..the starting rent for all units are now about $700 more than they were two years ago. Be prepared for lease renewal increases of well above $300 per month. The hallways and laundry rooms are gross and nothing is clean. They recently put in new carpets in the hallways, but its cheap. Prior to new ownership, this complex was affordable and kept up, they would fix broken items and paint the main public areas every few months to keep it fresh. Two bedrooms starting around $1950 for 740 sq feet in old buildings with cheap updates/ painted kitchen cabinets NOT new. If you are a long term resident, they will increase your rent upon renewal by $300-$400 per month and you will not receive any updates to your apartment. Sad that they are only about the $$ now.

So far its been a great experience to live here. I am looking forward to the Summer and using the pool. I feel very secure in this apartment and I feel safe. I live on the 3rd floor and haven't needed to put my heat on at all
