The quoting process was very professional and responsive. I got the estimate immediately and the price was reasonable for the amount of work to be done. Shining Star employees came on time and went right to work doing a fantastic job of prepping and painting ceilings walls trim and doors in my whole house. They did a perfect job and it looks amazing. We had a great experience with Shining Star Painting right from the start! They were very quick to set up a time to meet, and Pablo arrived right on time. He patiently talked through the project with me and provided an estimate on the spot. We needed three rooms painted, including ceilings, and all of our kitchen cabinets painted. Their estimate was extremely reasonable and they were able to start the next week! The Shining Star crew was excellent - they arrived on time every day, were very friendly and considerate, and always cleaned up before leaving. Shining Star was even able to accommodate a change in cabinet color after the first coat had been done! In the end, everything looks great and was completed on schedule. The cabinets in particular are beautiful. I was excited to learn that they had no issue with swapping in new 2-hole handles where the 1-hold knobs used to be. The crew even came over on Sunday for finishing touches!! In addition to all of this, Pablo was even able to have one of his carpenters come out and fix/finish some work left undone by a previous contractor!! I was so happy to learn that this team does tile, construction, flooring, etc., in addition to painting. I will certainly be reaching out for any future projects we have!! From the moment I met Pablo I knew that they were the company I wanted to use. They showed up on Friday to take my cabinets, returned on Monday to paint all my interior trim windows and doors, I had my cabinets returned on Wednesday and reassembled and my painting complete in three days and I have theee levels. The team was always professional courteous and a joy to have in my home. Evelyn is such a wonderful person she’s always available to answer questions, the team was on time courteous. Pablo and his team completed our interior painting in July 2021 in Bedford NH. Exceptional job from start to finish. We were beyond impressed. The attention to detail across the project matched our vision for the property. Edelyn in the office was awesome to work with providing answers to everything we needed. This is a company that truly puts pride into their projects and it shows. Without question, we will be using Shining Star and their amazing team in the future. We also had Shining Star install vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire house and do some finish carpentry. The team tore out and disposed of our original flooring, installed the new flooring, repaired all ceilings and walls, painted all ceilings and walls, painted all interior doors, painted our kitchen cabinets, installed new cabinet hardware, and did some finish carpentry. Their floor install and painting are very precise. The team was at the house everyday before or at 8:00 a.m. and didn't wrap up until 5:30 or later every day. Everyone was efficient, reliable, skilled, and friendly. Pablo, the owner, clearly takes pride in the work he and his team deliver. His fees are fair and worth every penny. I am personally thrilled with the wall repair/prep that was done before the paint was applied. It looks like we have new walls! We will most definitely have Shining Star back.
