Huge thank you to Washington Florist! I have used them before when I was going to college in the area, and many years later I am still very impressed with the bouquets they come up with. They are a pleasure to work with, and highly recommended.

Friendly staff. They took extra careens to get me a proper packing for the plant which I bought as a gift !

The flowers were lovely and the recipient was so touched. I will definitely order from Washington Florist again.

The WORST experience. I ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday and instructed in the order to ring the buzzer and call. The flowers were never delivered! I called 24 hours later only to met by one of the rudest employees I've ever spoken. She claimed their driver did attempt to deliver them (however my entire family was at this house and OTHER companies were able to deliver flowers but mine never arrived.) It became a "he said, she said" tango with no resolve. At one point she said "the driver wouldn't drive to Washington Heights for nothing" as if that explained why they were not delivered or why no one informed me of this issue. I was told the person who would be able to give refunds was not available and of course I have not received a phone call back. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
