The worse customer service ever , a bunch of young employees working at this location that don’t care about the store ratings , the store manager working at that time around 9:06 pm on 12/29/2019 , (somebody told me her name was liliana, not sure if that name was real , ) my order took almost 1hour and 30 mins before I called to ask what had happened with my order , when I called ,all the managaer said was sorry we don’t have a driver , this is after 2 hrs , when I ask for her name she hang up the phone on me , I called back and a different employee picked up the phone , told me they are not allowed to give out the managers name as a Pizza Hut policy , mean while they have already charged me for my order , very disappointed, love Pizza Hut , but will never order from this location.
