Dear Primrose Warren Staff: I am writing you this note to express my appreciation to your entire staff for providing a warm and environment for my son, CJ. You always keep me informed as to what CJ is eating and what he has been doing. I know that it takes time and effort to set up these communications. I do appreciate all of the individual attention that CJ gets daily. While I am busy at work, I am sure that you must know that the wellbeing of my son is the most important thing to me. I am comforted to know that CJ is in the best of hands each and every day. Fondly, Mariana

I have worked at Primrose School of Warren since 2014 as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher and now in a management position. After seeing all of the wonderful aspects of this school, I enrolled my son when he was two years old and he is now in the Private Kindergarten class! The progress I have seen from each classroom has been amazing. He is thriving and so advanced because of the skills the children learn early on here at Primrose. I love the close relationships I have formed with all of the families here and love each child as if they were my own. If you're looking for childcare, I guarantee you won't be disappointed when you come see this school!

My 2 boys (4 yrs and 1.5 yrs old) old have thrived at Primrose. They learn so much and have a fun time doing it. My 1.5 yr old is learning Spanish everyday through regular conversation. I had no idea "burbujas" was Spanish for "bubbles". My 4 yr old has learned so much from a STEM perspective through their "learning centers". One day he asked me to cut his sandwich symmetrically! The teachers and staff are very responsive with questions we have and the updates through the app with pictures and videos are very helpful. From a COVID perspective, I feel the steps that they have taken to provide a safe and clean environment have been great! From the pictures I see, they encourage and practice social distancing, and more importantly it seems the kids know why they're doing it. My 4 yr old learned the proper way put on and take off a mask. But I can appreciate the fact that they let the kids be kids as well. My biggest concern about kids wearing masks was actually if they had to wear them outside while playing or sleeping - neither of which happens. While I always felt Primrose was clean and sanitary for my boys, whatever extra they're doing is working because they haven't had a runny nose since they returned! 😀 Thank you Primrose team for all you do for our kids!

I refuse to leave a 4-5 star review in hopes of winning a $200 gift card from the school. My review is based on actual facts and honesty. My son has been attending primrose school of warren for a few years now. He is now in pre-k and is very advanced for his age. I’m glad he is in his last year at primrose of warren because the curriculum is very basic and boring to him. I also have some gripes with management, Dina and Alpha, as well as the owner, Mr. Eng. They have continuously lied to my wife’s face and my own regarding the food served and safety drills. Also the newest girl at the front desk is completely clueless as well as the new program coordinator. Don’t continuously tell me that the food is organic and healthy when the boxes they are delivered in are left in the hallway by my sons classroom. I can see everything is canned, pre-made and frozen and NOT organic. Plus the teachers always tell me the truth about the food anyway. Also about the teachers, you can tell most are overworked, underpaid, and don’t want to be there. I’ve met a handful of teachers and other staff members who were amazing but only worked there for a few months to maybe a year and they were let go. Why such high turnover? Why let go of the staff that actually care? When I asked about safety drills I was told they are performed multiple times a year. When I asked my son, he said he has only done one fire drill in the two almost three years he was there. I also asked my friend who has a child enrolled in another class, and his child said he has never participated in any drills. Come to find out the only reason his child is still enrolled is because management found out that he was looking to leave primrose due to cost, so they drastically cut down the tuition for his child for them to stay! If primrose of warren is that desperate for enrollment, maybe primrose of warren should actually serve healthy food, perform drills, upkeep the school, and not lie to the parents. We are paying way too much for what we get. Yes, the school is beautiful compared to many other daycares however that doesn’t make up for the lack of honesty and curriculum. Whenever I arrive to drop off or pick up my child, management is in the office chatting loudly about topics that have absolutely nothing to do with the school. I have also seen Mr. Eng walking through the hallways eating a nut nature valley bar multiple times- the school is a nut free facility! He is usually on his phone as well, speaking so loudly that he is audible through the halls. The last time he was on the phone, I overheard him speaking to a yelp representative about having certain reviews removed! I’ve tired of bringing things up to management as nothing changes. If you’re a parent looking to enroll at primrose, don’t. It’s all for show and the management and owner make it clear they don’t care about anything but money. Guess I won’t be getting a $200 gift card for leaving a floofy fake 5 star review!
