        Had Allstate as my insurance company for years and went to another company. Went back to Allstate. Call it a trust thing.

        I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had an Allstate homeowners policy and the local office convinced me to do an auto policy review. The net savings in combining the policies would be $800 (homeowners would go down $1100 but auto would go up $300 per year). I proceeded to cancel my current auto insurance then got a bill and my homeowners was raised over $800 negating any savings. "Woody" told me it was for one reason and Elizabeth in his office told me it was for a completely different reason. An absolute bait and switch - I will be cancelling both policies as soon as my new policies are in place (and are a heck of a lot cheaper) and will never do business with Allstate and especially "Woody" again.
