Very unprofessional and rude staff they have here. When living here they always took the easy way out of things such as painting over the black mole in my apartment. I woke up almost everyday here feeling sick till I saw it in the shower and when reported they had maintenance just come in and paint it each time. A pipe burst flooding my whole apartment and all they did was come in and dry the carpet. I've complained about this before on here and they've since deleted my review. Also they charge C.A.M fees which means common area maintenance fees for the pond and street lighting. Which some how fluctuates every month from $80 - $100. PLEASE DONT MOVE IN THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!

I have lived here 4 years, until now everything was manageable. yesterday I got a one day notice on my expired tags to my car. i set up my DMV appointment on my next day off and called the number on the ticket on my car. Still towed within 24 hours of notice. Fuming and planning to find a more reasonable place to live.

I couldnt recommend this place less. Terrible communication between the staff and renters. Ive gone a week with no hot water. No updates, no follow up, and no compensation. Live here if you want to experience like this and way more.

Management will charge for maintenance negligence of apartment complex when tenants move out. Charge for worn out faucets after vacating apartment. I asked if I would be charged for leaks told no. Management lied. Water shut off are often. There is mold in apartments. Old furniture collects around trash dumpster. Management sent this photo and claimed I did damage. Management lied saying I blamed maintenance breaking faucet for faucet condition

I had a rough start when I first moved in, things are a bit better then before, I am hoping that things are good that way I can renew my lease. Apartments are ok they could be better tbh.
