quick update i wrote up 4 safety lights wich provide safe zones at night in jan 6 23 was told by managment bulbs were on order  checked status of worjk order was told todat by laura in office ywo months later bulbs on order monarch is horrible they have no accountability for of there wrong doing

Monarch management does not do a lot of things. They don't take care of the Landscaping gravel, no flowers this year and you have to wait for a long long time to have a minor repair

Id like to start off by saying that this apartment complex might be one of the worse ones Ive lived in. Not to mention that maintenance is never around when you need help, they take months to fix something that couldve been fixed within minutes. Also the property management is NEVER around when you call the office. Whats the purpose of working if they never help the residents? Isnt that what theyre getting paid for? Theyre very unprofessional and I believe they should hire more maintenance people and a different manager who actually answers the phone. If I could give this place zero stars Id definitely will.
