Called multiple times to attempt to schedule an appointment and they never answered the phone. I also left two voicemails and didnt receive a call back. Overall, this establishment is very unprofessional and Id recommend choosing somewhere else

I have waited for my glasses for 2 months and now I have been told that there is no estimated delivery date and I cannot get my money back

After having come here for over a decade for my eye care needs, I had decided to take my business elsewhere. This sorry excuse for a clinic is terrible. They NEVER answer your phone calls or return your voice mails. I can't tell how many times I've tried to get a hold this business over the last year and how frustrating it is to get somebody to help you. They just let the phones ring, I guess, while they sit around being worthless gossips. You have to go in person. They never took away their covid-era policy of locking their doors. You have to be buzzed in still. The doctors and staff are constantly rotating so if you want somebody whose familiar with your care, you feel like you have to explain your situation all over again. All in all, it's too bad. I used to like this place. But now it just yet another business that is part of the new normal: low quality customer service.

I visited the Nob Hill location and was pleasantly surprised at the accessibility of the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as I finished putting together and getting into my wheelchair I was greeted by a staff member holding the door open for me and was promptly checked in. Dr. Sandoval and her staff were attentive to my needs as a wheelchair user and my concerns about my vision and thoroughly explained what I should expect with my prescription and glasses order. This was, by far, a much better experience than I have had with other clinics and optometrists in years past.
