        The customer service is horrid! They were extremely inconvenienced by my call, talked over me, repeated the same scripted response without listening to my questions. I ended up canceling the order and going else where. Avoid this company if possible.

        Ordered cap & gown for $50 & was charged $19 for sales tax, no receipt was told would get an email but so far squat including no explanation of breakdown 👹!

        The customer service is horrendous experience, I waited over 30mins for a live person to answer a simple question, and WHEN I did get connected with a live person, the josten customer service rep...was short, seemed disinterested in answering my question made me feel like I was a burden, then she made it seem like I some how got disconnected from her in an attempt to keep me from asking anymore questions and immediately hung up on me.

        Order a class ring, NOT CHEAP when i open the box it had the wrong design email them right away and nothing, this is my second ring from this Company the 1st order was in 1996 the ring was perfect this one not only had the wrong design but it looked half way finish when polished several areas still black. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
