Overpriced for mediocre work. All we wanted was grass for the pups, gravel and a tree. The sprinkler system that was installed did not reach all the areas of the grass seed that was planted. Said he would come fix and resend the bald areas. Took his pay for the work that was done and never came back. Nice guy but not reliable. I would not recommend this company. Wish I could show y'all pictures!

BEWARE of this business and Orlando Ortiz, total scam. Appears professional until you give him money, provides a signed, detailed proposal as he lies to your face and on paper, requires one third of funding, has his sister Ana C. Ortiz, cash your check, so as not to be reflected going through his name and accounts - what a setup they, Orlando Ortiz and Ana C Ortiz, have going - VERY SHADY and then never to be seen again. Come to find out, this is not the first time! He was referred to me, but this was a costly mistake!! Doesnt answer the phone nor return phone calls - disappears without completing the project! If I could post zero or negative stars I would!
