Steve created a beautiful design and his crew executed it as planned. Their hardscape work was exceptional. Unfortunately, about a third of the trees and shrubs they planted died within a couple of weeks. We spent hundreds of dollars on them. They did not replace them. We did. They do not guarantee plants unless you buy an irrigation system.

I couldn't recommend AccessAbility enough! The crew works fast, but with precision. They pay attention to every detail and are great to work with. Steve & Jacque might be the nicest people we've ever met! We absolutely love our new yard. Worth every penny!!

My wife and I recently bought a new home in Los Lunas with an unfinished backyard. Getting the yard completed was a priority so I began looking around for someone to do the job. When I asked our home-builder for a recommendation, they suggested AccessAbility but warned me that they'd probably be a bit more expensive than other local landscapers. And that proved to be correct. Of the four bids, I received, AccessAbility was the the highest. On the other hand, theirs was the only bid I received with a detailed drawing of what they intended to do. I took a deep breath and decided to try AccessAbility rather than the lower-priced competitors... and I can't tell you how glad I am that I did. The attention to detail in their bid proved to be a harbinger of things to come. It took a few weeks before they were available to get started (I took the fact that they're so busy to be a good sign) but when the job finally got started, it was a pleasure to watch. The crew was incredibly professional and methodical in their work. They knew exactly what they were doing and they were following the drawing in every detail. The entire job was completed in two days, as promised, and turned out even better than we'd hoped. We love our backyard and are happy to recommend AccessAbility to anyone who asks. (In fact, my son was looking for a landscaping company and I recommended AccessAbility to him without any reservation or hesitation.) These folks are very good at what they do. The Accessibility team is the real deal. Professional, courteous, responsive. They took my patch of dirt and transformed it into an outdoor oasis. I loved the collaborative approach Steve used in the design. Flawlessly blending his ideas with mine. I love everything about my backyard including the high quality pavers, bubbling boulder, side walk, artificial turf, six trees and almost 30 plants. I also appreciate the education they provide to help maintain the landscaping. Including suggested watering times, maintenance on my water feature, drip system and winterizing tips. The strong winds and high heat dried out a few of my trees and plants but they offer a warranty with their work and replaced them without issue. Thank you Steve, Jacque and the entire crew for giving me and my family the backyard we have always dreamed of. I reached out to Steve and Jacque after our builder recommended them for yardscaping. I'd reached out to 5 other contractors (who shall not be named) and either got quoted extremely high prices or could not get them scheduled on time or seemed too good to be true. But Steve and Jacque's service was way above the rest. After initial contact, Steve visited our place and gave us a very realistic estimate as compared to what most of my friends were telling me while being very accommodative to our requests. He was also very honest upfront about some of the options we had and gave us proper timelines. Throughout this project, we had excellent communication with both him and Jacque. The work was very well planned and organized. Come workday, the AccessAbility team was very punctual, diligent and finished their job milestones on time. In a span of 8 hours, my whole backyard changed. Even half-done, it looked amazing! I was super excited for how it would look when completed.
