Having worn glasses for 21 years (3/4 of my life), I never thought I'd hear that I have 20/20 vision! From the initial consultation through the Post Op, the staff at LVI Albuquerque were super friendly, very professional, and made me feel as though I was in great hands! The surgery was a breeze and all I felt was a little pressure with very little discomfort. They even said I was a little on the longer side of surgery but was only in the room for about 15 minutes! Thank you to ALL the staff at LVi, this has truly been a wonderful life changing experience!!!

I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old, and now I have perfect vision. Everyone is very kind at this location, from the administrators, to the technicians, to the doctor. They calmed my nerves, answered my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. There’s nothing quite like waking up and being able to see.

I was incredibly nervous to get this procedure done but the two techs that were with me from start to finish were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me calm myself, from explaining the procedure to being in the operating room I cannot believe how helpful these two were. Cisco and Candice are wonderful at what they do and it brings me to tears of joy thinking about how considerate and compassionate they were to me. This place did a wonderful job and I am currently looking out my window admiring the view with no glasses!!

Best decision ever!! Such a blessing to have my sight back without corrective lenses! I worked with Dr. Lovato, and Sisco and they were amazing! They explained everything about the procedure from how the numbers were looked at and the eye was measured, they were very knowledgeable and helped me to feel more comfortable with such a big decision! The procedure was so fast as well! The whole staff was friendly and great! I would and will definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of doing lasik!

I had a calming and successful experience at the lasik institute. I was nervous going into surgery and the staff walked me through the entire process. This really helped, and if I had any questions I felt comfortable to ask and always got clarification on them.
