The owner of this business came to look at the job but never responded. I made several attempts to contact John but he never responded with a call or an email. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

John Barks has done several high-quality repairs on our yard irrigation system over the years, most recently last summer (and I'm currently awaiting his call-back to have him come out again :-)). I've always been 100% satisfied with his work. He is extremely conscientious, hard-working and honest. He guarantees his work, and always charges a very fair price. This is why he's so busy -- I'm not the only one who knows what a great job he does! He clearly states in his voicemail greeting to expect a 2-3 day delay before he can get back to you during this his busy season. So you have to be patient -- but he's well worth the wait!

John Barks of West Mesa Sprinklers came over to see our existing sprinkler installation and gave us an estimate to upgrade it with better nozzles. The work was done carefully and professionally. John joked that he had way too much experience! I am very satisfied with his work.
