This has been a tough month and the stress has increased each week as I have dealt with doctors and appointments and work, and lots! Walking into this clinic yesterday seemed to stop the madness. I was greeting kindly and graciously at the front desk, led through the check in process, offered water, and then escorted back to the offices where I was told that my referral was goofy but that they were committed to working with me to get it figured and to get me taken care of. I was then given a new appointment while we waited for the referral paperwork to come back correctly. Today I walked into the office and was treated like a "member of the family". The front desk staff, the techs, the nurses were amazing. engaged, happy, kind and attentive. And then I met Dr. Harding and what an overwhelming delight! He was off the charts engaged from the outset, interested, engaged and so amazingly gracious, personalable and kind. Indeed committed to understanding who I was, my challenges, and the things that bring me joy. This is how a doctor should treat a patient, and the staff here are so amazing. What a delightful way for me to heal a difficult week/month. I cannot give enough stars to be equal to the professionalism and personable treatment I received.

Michael Harding and his staff were amazing. Everyone is so friendly and their concern for my issues was addressed. I finally have hope that I will feel better!
