        This rating may change once I can actually get an appointment, but it seems that seeing a specialist after having a significant health event should not require additional testing prior to the appointment, but should be part of the appointment. It is very disheartening to be told that my health concerns are not their concerns.

        I just had my first encounter with the Neurology Center and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They actually listened to me and answered my questions when they could.

        Worst facility in Albuquerque. The doctor was fine but there staff is so unprofessional. Its a shame they treat patients this way. They have no knowledge of anything and never can communicate with the patient. They say they will call back and never do. I even got patient advocate involved and they did absolutely nothing to help that I had not already done. Just useless.
