Worst service I've have experienced when trying to buy something. We have tried to contact them via email, on the web even went into the office. We spent 15 minutes or so before anyone would even talk to us and the only thing said is no one can deal with you right now. If it's this hard to get in touch with someone to spend money can't imagine how hard it would be after giving them the money. I am not a competitor. I got a email that Wendy saying that she would be helping me. I asked for more info on a house and no response. Instead of writing off a review you should try and make it right.

I see some of these negative comments and can honestly say that I have had nothing except a positive working relationship with cavco. Eddie Thomas has been a tremendous help in dealing with many setbacks after the house was delivered. None of the setbacks had to do with cavco. I did the foundation and prep work myself. Some of it had to be altered, but had nothing to do with cavco. Between Eddie Thomas and Chase from the setup crew it was taken care of.i have built 31 houses in my life and this was my first experience with a manufactured home. Thanks to Eddie and Chase it has been a great experience. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Customer service does not exist once they sell you the home. Been waiting on repairs for over 4 months. Eddie is impossible to get a hold of, they can not even reply to emails. No one wants to help.
