WE have always had STELLAR service from everyone in this office/Shop. Is always busy but we have been greeted. We have been customers for about 4 years between My 2 children and myself. One thing that has continued to bring us back is the Friendly faces and quality of the glasses. We continue to get the eye exam from the adjoining office ( DR. Vigil) and take our script right over.

I had called to ask legitimate questions. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude. Said, "Umm yeah our name has been changed for 2 years already. We DON'T DO EYE EXAMS HERE. We only sell glasses, do I need to repeat myself."

This place sucks i called to see about an appt they said to come in between 2 and 3 so I came over here and they said they were completely booked and couldn't fit me in this place is bullshit don't come here

Worst customer service from someone named Deb. I will never go back. The glasses I purchased started to hurt so I went in to have them adjusted. Over the next few days I had to return because they were so uncomfortable until I finally decided I had had enough and asked for a return (well within 30 days). The card we had originally used was linked to an account that we had to close and that card no longer worked so she refused to give us our money back. We asked her to call someone above her but she wouldn't do that either. We asked her where it stated that it must be on the same card and she replied that it was on our receipt, it was not and I asked her to show me where and she became extremely rude and refused to point it out. She also said that we were given a brochure and she gave us another but all it said was 30 day satisfaction guarantee or our money back. It had nothing at all about return policies. She became belligerent and told us if we didn't leave she would call security and that she no longer had to return my glasses. So now I have glasses that I spent $300 on and can't wear.
