Staff is great store is always clean. Management is one of the best team I’ve seen in awhile. Even when they busy they still let us know we are there and not forgotten.

Got new plans and service from another carrier that i had for years. Experience was great, i was able to keep my old numbers migrated. All my questions got answered and i felt like all interaction was genuine and dealt with the utmost care despite a few minor technical setbacks from my part and carrier. My specialist spent a great deal in setting everything right, patiently and to my satisfaction. Thank you Mr B. Diaz and team. You guys have significantly improved from the old Tmobile service in 2016. 5 stars all the way! Looking forward in testing the new 5G coverage all over US being an OTR professional driver. Thanks guys, very appreciated!

Went there to get an upgrade and a few watches today. Waited for about an hour. They checked in about 3 people ahead of me and never got to me. Would not waste my time going there again.
