We have used Starrett's Heating and Air Conditioning for several years for routine maintenance of our HVAC units on three properties and they have always been efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Just recently in the triple digit heat, one of my units quit working completely. I sent an email over the weekend requesting service and first thing Monday morning, Daryl (the owner) and Nick (the service manager) showed up. They diagnosed the problem quickly, located the needed part, and were able to get the unit up and running within a day. I so appreciate their promptness and expertise. AC went out Saturday at my elderly Mom's house...and it was NM HOT! Called them first thing Monday and had to leave a message. I called back a few hours later to see if I could get an appointment. They were booked for the day but said they would try and fit us in...By the time I called my Mom to let her know ...they had already been there and fixed it!!! Thank you! It was 100oF Saturday and my AC went out. I call and someone answered on Saturday pm and said they would contact me Monday. They called Monday early pm and were out in 20 minutes. Within the hour, AC was fixed and cooling great! They have annually inspected my hvac for many years and have always provided fair, timely, amd reliable service. They are a local, family business.
