I had a Rheem Preferred Platinum 42,000 Grain Water Softener with Wi-Fi Technology and a GE Smart Whole House Water Filtration System GXWH70M. Both can be accessed from my cell phone and also get alerts from both devices. Very clean installation. All employees were professional and courteous. I recommend them as an excellent choice for your plumbing needs. Recently I had them install a Water Heater Recirculating Pump it significantly reduced the time required to get "hot" water at the kitchen sink. It should reduce water waste, as a result running the water for several minutes each time you need hot water.

We are still waiting to get a quote on the price to install water softener. Called two times to check on quote - guy said were still working on it its been 2 weeks and counting. Going with someone else; would have appreciated a call back.

Buyer BEWARE!! Friday 1/6/23: This company responded to a claim I made with my home warranty (HW) company for a water heater leaking. From the start they made it clear they wanted to sell and install a water heater direct with them and not file a claim. Telling me they had 10 water heater claims denied this week and based upon the age of my water heater my claim would probably be denied. They told me they could replace my water heater the same night if I dealt with them direct and would send a technician out to give me an estimate. I agreed to this and when the technician arrived, I had placed calls to the HW company and they told me that if the water heater was defective, regardless of age, they would approve a replacement. The technician, as soon as I said I wanted to file a claim began telling me lies related to the claim process. He said that the HW company would "Take 6-8 hours to approve the claim and therefore I would not be serviced until Monday, but they could replace mine tonight if I purchased from the direct". This was a LIE! I had already received confirmation that once this company submitted the information they would approve the claim within 15-30 minutes. Based upon the call with their dispatcher and the face to face discussions with their technician it was clear to me they would provide service for a replacement if I purchased direct but that would be delayed if I decided to file a claim...PURE BLACKMAIL!! I chose to file the claim. They asked for the $75.00 service fee, I wrote a check out for that amount, they didn't give a receipt, business card or anything for me to contact them and left in less than 10 minutes. After an hour, I called the HW company and they had not received the report from this company, even though the technician took pictures and sent them to his boss while at my home. The HW company called them asking for the repair report and they said they would send it in. About 1/2 hour later I received an email from the HW company approving the replacement of my water heater and to contact the this company to get the replacement. I called the only number I had, that number that called me to schedule the initial visit and there was no business recording just told me to leave a message which I did. I never received a call back and during the night the water heater leaked and damaged our floors. Saturday1/7/23 still no response from this company I called the HW company and express my dissatisfaction with this firm. They rescheduled my claim for another frim to contact me, so this company caused a significant delay trying to Blackmail me into buying direct from them, and when I didn't they became Non-Responsive...BUYER BEWARE!!!
