Victory Mitsubishi Service in the bronx is the worst place ever to fix your car. I strongly recommend to avoid this place and avoid Mitsubishi cars, they have multiple recalls. The manager of this place has no manners, the waiting time is twice compared with other services from Mitsubishi. Which I know very well since my car have been constantly failing. Is that bad the service that I think this company is even sabotaging cars on purpose so they will need to comeback for a new fix. So be aware of the scammers..

Worse place every. Will never use this place again.. dropped off my Car on the 18th of March due to me transmission service light coming on. Mind you I just bought this car less then 5 months ago. So I take my car to the service center and they tell my it is under warranty but they have to get the approval. They told me would be ready by the 28th of March. The 28th comes and goes. Silk no call or no car. So I go back to them and they say the part come in and it was the wrong piece. So they sent the wrong piece back and reorder the right one, " the car will be ready by Monday afternoon. Now here it is Thursday March 31 2022 1:57pm. And I'm standing at the servicing desk and they are telling me they haven't even received my piece. I'm about to spaz out on these people. I will never use these darn people again.
