This store is closing. I was notified via mail on 2.27.17 that it is closing on 2.28.17!! Why does Duane Reade/Walgreens open in such close proximity to each other then close within a few years. Please understand the community for which it opened up it in only really needed their prescriptions filled, the other retail items such as band-aids/cough & cold remedies as at all NYC Duane Reade/Walgreens are way overpriced. There are better deals are discount stores and Target. Duane Reade/Walgreens needs to revise their business model and actually look at their communities they are serving before actually open up a store. I am going to miss Nathan (Pharmacist), he is not only handsome but polite and he makes you smile even when you are sick.

Excellent staff... Management the best. Great customer care #1.
Update: Sad to see our DR Manager transferred to other location. Rebecca x......
Today 2/28 store will close. Such a much needed store in our community , not to mention the excellent staff that work very hard . I wish them all the best and to Peter I wish Peace great guy!

CLOSED location. Ignore the "Open Now" hours. Ot doesn't even has the Duane Reade sign outside.
