        I live in the community and would not go here. Only if I have to get my moms prescription. Sales items are never in stock. Shelves are always half empty since I guess their worried about people stealing so they only put a little at a time on the shelves. Check out line is always long. I go to the Rite Aid by my job or my family’s house. It’s better organized and I don’t need to worry about parking. Free parking lots.

        My aunt has been going to the Rite Aide on 198th street for years but only because she is disabled. If she wasn't she would go to another location. This location never has the sale items stocked. Even on the first day of the sale. The items are messy and unorganized, there is always a long line due to there only being one cashier and it has a bad smell. I went with my aunt yesterday 5/15/2018 and the cashier was talking on her cellphone with her mother while she was tending to customers at the register. The manager was right there and said nothing. In conclusion, tbis store needs better management and more employees. My aunt is a person who needs certain OTC items but can rarely find them at this Rite Aide. I.would give 0 stars is it was an option!!! Horrible!!
