They weren't only helpful in setting up the policies, they were just as responsive when incidents occurred and claims needed to be filed. They also helped our aging parents with care and patience. I've worked with numerous insurance agencies in the area including lower Westchester and no one comes close to this group in terms of competency, efficiency and overall excellent service. I can't recommend them enough, and I'm not the easiest client. :)
