This place is horrible the customer service sucks. They over book customers and they are extremly over priced. They never let you know THAT WHEN if you are paying cash you will get a 10% discount they just bring you to the register point to the screen and show u a price that is for customers paying with credit/debt card. So if your nails are 65$ plus 10.00 tips =$ 75 HAD YOU PAID CASH YOUR TOTAL NAILS INCLUDING YOUR $10 TIP SHOULD HAD BEEN $68.00 THAT MEANS WHEN THE TECH PUTS IN THE CASH THE TOTAL GOES DOWN AND HE POCKETS AN XTRA $7 MAKING HIS TIP $17.00 DOLLARS THERE CROOKS UNPROFESSIONAL SON OF A SEE BUZZERD. TACKY THEY ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY READY TO FIGHT YOU .i WOULD NEVER GO BACK .

I did my nails with Diana. I told her that I wanted to fix one of my nails because it broke & I also wanted to re paint it. It did not need a fill in because I just got it done last week but she told me in order for her to re paint it she has to re fill it. She was rushing me & she did a horrible job with my nails. When she finished, I asked the person in the front if someone else could re paint it because I didn’t like it & he said he only sees a problem with 2 nails so they would only be able to re paint the 2 nails. I’m very dissatisfied & I’m angry that I paid for something I didn’t like. They have the worst customer service I do not recommend and Diana is very rude she does know to talk to people worst service ever would not recommend I would rather do press on at this point before coming back to this place
