Nail & Spa On Riverdale

When I came back yesterday. The man sitting in the corner is not there. A young girl gave me a manicure and pedicure. The girl is chatting on the earphone. She roughed my nails with a dirty tool. I'd like a ten-minute foot massage. "She asked in an incredulous tone. You're afraid I won't pay. When it was all over, she didn't give me a 10-minute massage. I found four toes inflamed today. Let's hope my toe's okay. Don't ever come here again

Poor quality service. They did my manicure and pedicures in 20 mins. They pretty much just paint the nails. Not worth the money

I have used this business on and off for 20 years. This last was my last time. The last 3 visits there was Jenny and one other fellow. Even with only 2 clients in the shop, they did not observe even the most usual hygiene - never mind COVID protocols, e.g. foot bath was not clean, asked for a clean nail file twice and still an old one was used. Other steps usually taken in a mani-pedi were skipped i.e. filing was uneven, no base coat, no hot towels. It was not a language barrier as other chat was understood. Sad - as this used to be a well run enterprise. Services: Manicure, Foot massage, Pedicure
