BRUCKNER PLAZA PHARMACY/SOUNDVIEW PHARMACY

Clerk that seems to be the manager or person in charge is super rude. She curses out and talks about patients, Ive seen it with my very own eyes. She has definitely violated HIPAA a couple times while I’ve been picking up my prescription. Together, her and the rest of the staff at the pharmacy counter are always distracted and don’t do their job efficiently. They take forever to get your prescription ready and even then they prioritize their conversation/gossip over customer service. Very very unprofessional. Do not go here unless you love bad service.

Joanna is the best she knows who you are as soon as you walk in… if she doesn’t trust me she will make sure to know who you are to provide you with the best customer service… she should be made the manager she is great with customer even if her day is going down hills

I've contacted the pharmacy multiple times in the past few days trying to get information on my clients medication and the same woman keeps answering the phone. Very rude, hangs up the phone, and tries to speak over you.
