We recently got a new water heater yesterday it is working great.The only problem was the repair man that came in to work on removing the old water heater and replacing the new one was quiet most of the time. And we needed to ask questions and he seemed bothered by me asking them which he gave me an attitude. Worked for about three hours in replacing the pipes, and adjusting the new water heater into its proper space. The second problem: Before I made the payment once he finished the work, I have asked for the 15 percent discount which is clearly shown on their website. "15 percent off for seniors and veterans." The repairmen called his boss and he told him I already gave her the discount in which He did NOT. But partially given me an 8 percent discount. This business is not accurate with their discounts at all please be aware this is why I prefer to give them three stars. Service: Boiler installation

I had a water heater problem--the water was not getting warm or hot----some of the plumbers that I contacted could not fix or replace the electrical box that turns on the gas pilot--within two days--the serviceman (Mike) was able to remove the bad part and replace it with the new part. I would recommend Mike to anyone who wants the job to be done.
