Highly unethical insurance provider, should be reported to NY State. Fidelis does not cover certain medications and will make it very difficult or impossible for you to obtain them. They repeatedly deny preauthorizations from doctors and lie about the reasons because they do not want to cover medications that are not generics, they ultimately want you to give up and pick a different medication and have no problem with keeping you off your medication for an extended period of time. The customer service is awful, they will not do anything to assist you and will provide you with incorrect information. I highly suggest going with a different provider. I have had other providers and never had this problem.

Jonathan Crimes was really helpful. He was knowledgeable and punctual. He keeps his word, which I really valued. Jonathan went above and beyond to get the help I needed. He is very responsible and respectful. He is also a great listener. I am very thankful of his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
