If you crave a peaceful night's sleep, this is not the place. The bar's music on the floor where there are rooms, a surprise "police raid" down the hall (complete with a screaming woman), people talking loudly in the hall all night, slamming their doors, and what I thought was just the subway rumbling turned out to be a real-life earthquake! Who knew? Oh, and speaking of the subway, it runs under the hotel every 10 minutes, adding to the unique ambiance.
The place looks shiny, but it's already got that rundown vibe.
The staff are nice, bless 'em. But you get the feeling that they're mostly clueless and they've seen so much craziness they're immune to shock.

Rooms: The room was great. The customer service was excellent. My door was a little off track they came immediately to fit. They bring you EVERYTHING with no additional charge. There is a little cafe in the lobby that you can order from billed to the room. Very PET friendly, hardwood floors so accident proof and pet urine free. I could have asked for a little bit more storage for clothing and personal items. Bottom line I would choose to come bace in the future.

Room was comfortable. The lounge on the second floor (the food was really good.)I would definitely return.

Quite conveniently located between several metro stations, all of which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The rooms are large enough, decently clean and relatively quiet. Lots of sockets on the bed and at the table.
