Do not use this unorganized company. They were called for emergency no heat situation and it took 1 week to fix. There are so many different people answering the phone in the office, no one manager. They expected a check or cash, what year is it? They asked me for 50% deposit nd once I paid they ordered a part online to be shipped to my place, didn't provide any other info and we waited for the part and they entered the ship address incorrectly so it was delayed by another day. The job estimate went from $250 to $1700 for a replacement motor. Don't use them. Service: Repair HVAC

I needed my furnace checked and I found Williamsburg Heating & Air Conditioning on google- what a great company and owner!!! He came the next day with his assistant on time, very polite, gave me honest advice , thoroughly checked my furnace and completed what i needed!! I was outside paying him and he remembered something else to do, ran back inside for another 15 minutes and didn't even charge for that extra time. Would definitely call him again!

Good follow up after installation. The heater did not seem to be working properly after installation and they immediately sent out a very qualified technician who figured out the problem to a faulty electrical connection and helped me fix the issue. Would definitely use their services again.
