Danny provided excellent service when I rented out a keyboard and amp during the holidays. He carefully tested and explained the best settings for the keyboard while setting it up, and was very accommodating when it came to scheduling the pick up around my schedule. Plus, he was always very responsive whenever I called for help!

Danny is awesome and so helpful with getting us the exact rental we needed! I have a keyboard in Michigan but wanted one here and was going to have it shipped out here, but he showed me what happened to one of his and advised against it (which I appreciate because I don't want it getting destroyed). He gave us a really great deal and was super flexible with timing of pickup as well as extention of our rental. I've worked with Danny for years. He is always a top professional, and trusted colleague. I just hired Danny for a high end event and everything was perfect: from Danny and his staff arriving early for setup, providing sound check; to being there on the dot at end of event for pickup. Absolutely amazing service and value!!! I called Danny to rent a piano to play to propose to my fiancee. It was like Mission Impossible. He secretly brought the keyboard to our hotel room while we were at dinner, and the hotel staff helped set up the room with rose petals, champagne, and flameless candles. Danny set it up ready to play, and when we entered she was blown away. The keyboard sounded awesome, I got down on one knee, and she said yes. Then Danny returned the next morning while we skated at Rockfeller and collected the keyboard and bench. His service and attention to detail made a real difference in one of the most important moments in our lives. Thank you!!!

Fantastic service and good value! Danny went above and beyond in his customer service. I needed to rent a basic keyboard for a one night fundraising event for the National Chorale. I was coming into NYC to work logistics for the gig, but I didn't know the city much at all. He helped me haul everything downstairs, hail a taxi, and get me on my way! His prices were very reasonable, the best I found in my online searching, and he was kind enough to give me a discount on pickup when I realized I wouldn't be able to deliver the keyboard back to his office Monday morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
