Allcounty Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

Extremely Unprofessional Service. I needed a hot water heater replaced and called allcounty. They were totally unresponsive. I called every day for 4 days, multiple times a day. All I got back was "we'll call you back." Never got a call. I don't care how busy they are, they can spare 5 minutes and leave a message or send an email. No issues with the call center people. They were courteous and answered quickly. The plumbers actually doing the services though place zero value on their customers. The only reason I tried so long was because of the sunk cost of the initial visit. Will never use these guys again. Neither should you.

It was so hot and citizen house in New York are small in some place we couldn’t found anyone since I call that company the price was very good and the work also was excellent I really appreciate that my appointment was keeping and the work was done on time thank you Very much God Bless

I work with All County on dozens of HVAC projects. They are knowledgeable, fast and good to work with. Everyone in the office is very nice.
