        Ive banked at other Citizen Bank locations, and those other locations should take tips from these folks.. their customer service is fantastic!

        Always helpful and patient. The line gets long at times but that's because they take their time with customers and make sure all their needs are met. Everything you need in a bank. I just wish the actual banks had support for citizens Access savings

        This location has the best people ever. I'm very happy with them. However ive now been on hold for 29 minutes because they wont let me spend my money online and they can't figure out why. Customer service is nice but their knowledge is lacking. Why can't they just allow me to spend my money freely? Citizens bank has stolen 30 mins of my Saturday. My only day off to tcob.
