If you are a Canadian and park at this lot the QR code will not accept our postal codes for payment to be completed.  It wants a zip code. Canadians don't have one. OK, took a picture expected to pay when I left the Leaf vs Sabres game back in Canada on my home computer  Traffic and congestion made it impossible to get out once you enter the lot. You're stuck.  After the game I found a ticket on my windshield with an increase penalty. No telephone number and the web site listed allprobuffalo.parkpaymen…  doesn't accept emails.  Probably a payment only site.  There's no remedy for appeal and ask for a court date.  Being retire, I have lots of time to go to court and be heard.  I called 716-849-XXXX and left a voice mail message.  Waiting for a response.  I would avoid parking at Washington Ave., Buffalo until they get their act together.

Ridiculous experience!!!!Save your money and never ever go to this parking garage!!! We accidentally went in this garage and realized we went to the wrong one. We stayed six minutes in the garage to find the right way. They charged us overnight fee by accusing us lying about the duration we stayed in this garage. After we giving our ticket which shows the time we entered, they said even entering one second during nights will cause us to pay the fee. Ridiculous reason to defraud. One star will be more to describe such cheater.
