Out of the 4 tree services I contacted, High Falls Tree Service gave me the best estimate for trimming and thinning the canopy on three large trees in my front yard. They were responsive with their proposal, and the crew gave me a heads up prior to their arrival, so that I could move my vehicles off my driveway. The two gentlemen who did the work were polite, very meticulous, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. What more could you ask for?

We came back from a vacation. Noticed our power and WI-FI were out. A huge tree fell on our enclosed fence, our house, and our neighbors tree. We called High Falls tree service. They sent a service agent out. He quoted a reasonable price, and said they could come 24 hours later. Their crew removed the tree and cleaned up our yard so beautifully. This business is the best tree company. Thank you

Very dissapointed. I wanted two trees fertilized, arborist said they don't provide that service. I wanted 7 arborvite trimmed and any weeds/vines growing near them pulled out. He said they would trim the arborvite only, they don't provide the other service. I wanted their lawn service, and was told i was too far away. I said i live in Greece, your company is 15 minutes away in Henrietta! He said they prefer Pittsford! I got the quote of $900 to trim those bushes! What a HUGE dissapointment all around.
