        Tried to call about paying some past hospital bills and EVERYONE was extremely rude. The original woman I spoke with Peggy was super nice. I tried to call and speak with her and they were rude and wouldnt even put me through to her voice mail. I was very rude to them for being jerk offs to me.

        They are considerate and work with your insurance company to make sure billing is handled correctly. These people are great! They really care.

        For a collection agency, Tice Associates is pretty awesome. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm sure lots of people are afraid to talk to a debt collector, but don't be. These people aren't out to ruin anyone's lives. Talk to Joe and see if you can't arrange a "pay for delete" where once your debt is paid off, they delete the negative item from your credit report. Good luck!
