Acupuncture

I have been seeing Teddy for years for my chronic low back pain. I have seen dozens of doctors and tried everything from PT, to injections and yoga. Since my pain is mostly caused by muscle tightness, he does trigger point therapy on me where he sticks the needles into the tight muscles until they spasm. It hurts in the moment but feels amazing after, and it's the most relief I get for my back out of any of the other therapies I've tried. I highly recommend Teddy to anyone who has chronic muscular pain - he's significantly improved by quality of life.

I would highly recommend Teddy for any serious runner or athlete. I've ran several marathons and over the years my legs have become stiff and painful to massage. After I have been seeing Teddy for the tightness in my legs, I no longer have these problems. Teddy has helped me tremendously! I am so grateful to find him and I will continue seeing him. He's awesome at what he does!

Listens well when you discuss what you're seeking treatment for, and is very thorough with addressing all the issues that may be contributing to your issue. He's got a lovely bedside manner and is definitely a practitioner I'd recommend.

I have had excellent experiences working with Teddy. He is compassionate, smart and well versed in many different types of acupuncture . He has been helping me to rebalance my system and see me through post Covid symptoms. He has taken time to research my situation and has been an invaluable resource.

These days, it can be a real challenge to escape the stresses & anxiety of COVID which seem to land & live in the body. My experience with Teddy was a great shift from a gripping tension to a relaxed equanimity and sense of peace. What a wonderful relief.
