Decent prices. We tried almost every suite during a time we were between homes. Only the 8th floor met expectations. We then tried the Beacon and that was the best on a high floor. Found the service to be ok. Doormen were apprehensive to do much except for one who I tipped. WiFi was terrible and almost nonexistent in our room. You had to be in a specific spot by the window or door. Still for a young fam of 3, can't beat the location for proximity to AMNH, kid friendly food and gluten-free menus.

I fell in love with a building - The Lucerne! Now I know why people want to be rich - I just never understood the game changer before. I've been looking for an apartment for somebody with a bit of cash, and this great broker, Darrin Debel, showed me a Staged apartment in this building. It's glitzy but with IMPECCABLE taste, a small pool, a gym, an outdoor area, and the most STUNNING LOBBY to come home to. If I arrange my finances in a certain way, I can live there for approximately 2 years by 2020. For $3400 a month, you can rent a tiny shit hole on a puke drenched street in my neighborhood, the EV, or you can be in MIND BOGGLING LUXURY on the upper east side. I have turned into my Great Aunt Anne, who lived at 68th and 2nd and wore a different tiny beautiful suit every day. .
