        Moved in during the time of "Covid" when rents were less expensive and everyone was moving out of the building and out of Manhattan/NYC in general. Myself (and those of us who moved in during this horrible time) greatly helped The Monterey 96th Street management company from losing significantly more money than they would have lost if not for people like myself, and they show their appreciation by raising rent with renewals by well more than 50%, my lease renewal had a $1,600 per month increase ($4K for 1-Bdrm 625 Square Foot Apt. on 11th floor of 30-story building). Oh, and the cockroaches and dirty brown bathroom sink/shower water was a nice touch too. Never in my life will I live in a Monterey property. Thanks Monterey 96th Street - all pigs get led to slaughter.

        First time going to do a uber delivery there.it's so beautiful and big on the inside.the deskman has great communication skills.its clean.friendly people in the building.
